According to police, Central District officers responded to the 300 block of East Saratoga Street for a reported pedestrian involved crash. They found two men, a 54-year-old and an unidentified man, who had been struck by a vehicle. Both men were taken to hospitals where the unidentified man would be pronounced dead.
