All the persons involved in the crash, including the man killed, were students at Washington State University. Troopers said a vehicle was traveling westbound on Interstate 90 when the vehicle lost control on icy roads around 10:40 a.m. The vehicle left the roadway near Milepost 123 and rolled over. A 27-year-old man died and two others were injured Friday night in a four-car collision on state Route 9 near Lake Stevens. The crash, which involved four cars, occurred just north of State Route 204 at approximately 10:45 p.m. A car headed north on the roadway crossed the yellow line and crashed into an oncoming car, head on. Two other vehicles then crashed into the wreckage. The causing driver, who became trapped in his car, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, a man in his 20s, has not been identified.

Fiona M. Regan, 40, of Tenino was driving a 1994 Isuzu Trooper north on Smith Prairie Road Southeast just north of 161st Way Southeast at 9:41 p.m. when she allegedly fell asleep at the wheel. The car crossed the center lane into oncoming traffic and hit a 1994 Isuzu Amigo. The driver of the Amigo, Linda H. Burkhardt, 55, of Puyallup, was flown to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, where she later died. Regan was injured and taken to Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia.

Kenneth R. Mathison, 65, was driving a GMC pickup south on state Highway 103 about eight miles north of Long Beach around 5:30 p.m. and hit a pedestrian in the middle of the road, a WSP bulletin said. Mathison didn't see the pedestrian, identified as Ray A. Berreth, 54, of Seaview, WSP said. Berreth was pronounced dead at the scene.What money damages are recoverable in a death claim?

A 2013 Lincoln MKS was spotted outside the bar, and deputies briefly detained a man who was standing outside the vehicle for questioning. But when deputies attempted to talk to the 28-year-old woman inside the vehicle, she refused to cooperate, slid from the passenger seat to the driver's seat and suddenly accelerated from the scene, nearly striking nearby pedestrians. The Lincoln MKS fled west on Byron Street, then turned north onto Silverdale Way and headed north at extreme speed.

Three people died Nov. 14 in a two-car head-on collision on Highway 104 near Balmoral Place NE in Kingston. The State Patrol identified the deceased as Robin N. Bishop, 59, of Kingston, the only occupant of a 1994 Lexus; and Anthony A. Adams and Marion D. Sparks, both 44, of Little Boston, the occupants of a 1985 Ford Escort. All were declared dead at the scene. The crash occurred at about 7 p.m. According to the State Patrol, Bishop was driving westbound on 104 when her vehicle crossed the center line and struck the Ford Escort, driven by Adams.

Washington State Patrol detectives are asking witnesses to a fatal crash on Interstate 5 on Sunday morning to call in. Early Sunday morning, a three-vehicle collision resulted in the death of a semi driver on southbound Interstate 5 near 336th St. in Federal Way. A 21-year-old Renton man was driving a Nissan Altima southbound on I-5 at about 2 a.m. when he lost control and struck a barrier. A Toyota Camry being driven by a 24-year-old Tacoma woman hit the Altima, pushing the Altima into the other lane.

A driver was charged with vehicular homicide for allegedly killing 16-year-old Justin Relethford along Highway 410 in Enumclaw on Oct. 31. Police said 20-year-old Cody Money was the driver of the pickup truck. He said he told police the night of the incident that he looked down to answer his cellphone.  Police documents revealed multiple marijuana-smoking devices were found in Money’s truck. Three hours after the crash, Money’s blood was drawn and it tested positive for marijuana and oxycodone.
