Suspect in Highland Park Little League Vehicular Assault Identified
Officials say the driver, 40-year-old Chad Winninger of Monroe, is charged with willful injury causing serious injury, willful injury causing bodily injury, fist degree criminal mischief, and three counts of interference with official acts causing bodily injury.
