On Jan. 27, Obrzut was driving a 2020 BMW west on North County Line Road in Jackson when he tried to go around a right hand curve in the road and struck the curbed median, the office said. He lost control of the car and it began to roll and continued through the intersection of North County Line Road and Jackson Mills Road until it hit trees on the side of the roadway and stopped.
