John W. Mosely, Jeffery D. Worrell, Katelyn Owens, Dave Kennat, Kristy Gaynor, and Shannon Wigfield killed, and many injured in truck collision with bus on Interstate 70 in Licking County, Ohio

The charter bus was transporting students from the Tuscarawas Valley Local School District in eastern Ohio, Licking County Emergency Management Agency Director Sean Grady said. There were a total of 57 people onboard, he said.

Lieutenant Nathan Dennis, a spokesperson for the Ohio State Highway Patrol, said 18 people were taken to seven area hospitals.

The crash involved five vehicles: two passenger cars, the student charter bus, a tractor-trailer and another commercial motor vehicle, National Transportation Safety Board Chair Jennifer Homendy said Tuesday.
