A multi-agency manhunt is underway in Atlanta after an escaped Rockdale County inmate was involved in a vehicle crash in the heart of downtown early Monday morning. According to the Rockdale County Sheriff's Office, Timothy Shane escaped from Grady Hospital just before 1:30 a.m.
