An SUV collided with a sedan, killing one person and critically injuring another, and then drove away early Thursday morning, police said.

Police at the scene said a red Honda car collided with a Chevy SUV at the intersection of West 22nd Street and North Tibbs Avenue. The driver of the SUV fled the scene of the accident, which occurred around 1:15 a.m. Thursday. Two men inside the Honda were transported to Eskenazi Health, where one was pronounced dead.
