Witness Reports Truck on Fire, Two Trapped in Car After Fatal Crash
The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office says a call came in about a crash and a truck on fire at the intersection of 83rd Ave. East and 84th St. North about 7:38 a.m.
The caller reported that the three occupants were able to get out of the truck safely, but there were two people trapped in the other car involved in the crash. The two people were extricated from the vehicle, and the driver, identified as 16-year-old Trenton Brady, of Kellogg, was pronounced dead at the scene.

School officials and coaches met with multiple students Wednesday to help them cope, Peters said. School counselors will be available Friday afternoon for as long as needed, he added.
